By accessing or using Tetraword, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Tetraword is operated by the Tetraword team ("we", "us", "the operator").
Tetraword is a daily word-square puzzle game. A new puzzle is published each day. Signed-in users can also play puzzles from the archive of past days, subject to availability.
To save your archive across devices you can create an account by providing your email address. You agree to:

Puzzle content, the Tetraword name, and the game design are owned by the operator. Your personal gameplay results are yours.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that puzzles will continue to be published on any particular schedule.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose, or (b) CAD $50.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You and the operator submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada for any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service.
